e-Sys, the pioneer regenerative auxiliary electric axle in Latin America, developed exclusively by Suspensys, is already revolutionizing the future of transportation, providing the vehicles a safer and more profitable and sustainable performance. It acts as an auxiliary system to recover the energy generated during descent and braking movements, for moments of traction such as climbing and overtaking. Depending on the application, load conditions and the path traveled, the fuel saving can reach 25%, providing less wear and tear on components and contributing for a small generation of residues and smaller gas emissions.

Profitability
A vehicle equipped with e-Sys technology can achieve up to a 25% fuel saving, depending on the application, as well as reducing wear and tear on brake components.

Axle and motor
With a technical capacity of up to 13 tonnes, the e-Sys motor has a power of 154kW and a maximum torque of 1,000Nm. This results in greater performance for the vehicle, assisting it in uphill climbs, reducing travel time.
Battery
With all the intelligence developed by Suspensys, e-Sys’ battery has the durability of 5 thousand cycles, with 600 Volts of tension and energy of 52kWh.

Algorithm
e-Sys counts with an intelligent algorithm specially created to evaluate the operation and use conditions, allowing the implement to alleviate the effort on the mechanical horse in certain situations, such as climbing, maximizing fuel reduction and, above all, guaranteeing maximum safety of the set.

Connectivity
The e-Sys is accompanied by a multimedia center with a wireless connection which is located in the driver's cabin, where it is possible to monitor its performance, battery level, charging percentage, among other important data.
